"The company, which has 30 employees, won the contract to put on PoliticalFest, the largest convention-related event open to the public. They had their bid ready as soon as the committee started accepting proposals, says Jenkins Santana. . . . LeapStarr staff are currently designing the layout and exhibits for the six-day festival, which will highlight American political history and presidential campaigns. It’s the largest contract Leap Starr has secured for a one-time event."
"It's a six-day affair that features seven exhibits at the city's most historical and cultural sites.
Kristyn Aldrich and her team created each theme. "They can expect to see all types of political memorabilia, all types of history," said Kristyn Aldrich, Leapstarr Productions."It is beyond exciting. A lot of us are Philadelphia locals, and so it is incredibly special to us to be able to represent our hometown in this way," said Aldrich.
“The goal was to come up with a bunch of different exhibits that highlighted the different parts of the presidency that aren’t normally focused on,” said Aldrich. “….we have seven different venues, each with their own particular theme.”
Christopher Haines, Leapstarr’s Senior Technical Designer, laid out the blueprints for the project. He’s incorporated as much technology into the exhibit as he could — including photo ops at Air Force One and the Oval Office. "
